Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily regional operations and assist new market openings. You will coordinate with franchise and local teams, maintain reports, track inventory, and liaise with logistics providers to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The role prefers candidates with 1–3 years in supply chain or logistics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of supply chain / logistics / operations experience.
• F&B or retail exposure is an advantage.
• Basic to intermediate supply chain knowledge.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
• Organized, reliable, eager to learn.
• Comfortable in fast-paced and multi-market environments.

Responsibilities

• Support daily regional supply chain operations.
• Assist new market openings (sourcing, vendor onboarding, logistics setup, inventory readiness) and documentation.
• Coordinate with franchise and local operations teams.
• Maintain supply chain reports and dashboards.
• Track inventory levels and support stock optimization.
• Liaise with logistics providers, warehouses, and vendors.
• Support compliance with regulations, food safety and internal policies.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Support ERP / system data updates.
• Assist with stock counts and operational reviews.
• Support ad-hoc regional supply chain projects.
