Job summary

Sandvik AB seeks a Solva Regional Project Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects across the Solva portfolio. You will coordinate regional teams, engage customers, and ensure measurable improvements in productivity, cost per part, quality, and sustainability.

You will collaborate with business development, regional sales, and technical groups to translate challenges into value-focused opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, project management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or project leadership.
• Proven experience leading complex customer projects and coordinating cross-functional contributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Discovery and Assessment activities covering capability, capacity, process efficiency, risks, and business opportunity.
• Develop and review budgets, proposals, and value propositions aligned with customer requirements.
• Oversee delivery governance, milestones, risk management, and handover to delivery teams.
