Yokogawa Malaysia is seeking a Software Support Desk Lead to manage daily regional support operations. You will ensure timely, high-quality software assistance and client satisfaction, while collaborating with the Regional Software Support Lead to grow the software business regionally.

You will provide technical consulting to projects, engage with clients on technical aspects, and help maintain strong customer relationships. Travel and training may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master level in Chemical/Process Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with customer-focused software support is preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide technical guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day workload of the Software Support desk for the region.
• Ensure software and helpdesk support are delivered promptly to high quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients to meet modelling needs.
