ABB Motion in Malaysia seeks a Regional Senior Customer Support Specialist to back sales and service activities across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. You will provide technical and commercial support, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and help identify new business opportunities.
The role follows a hybrid Work Model (#LI-Hybrid) with regional travel. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; a Master’s is an advantage.

Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Regional Senior Customer Support Specialist to support the sales and service activities of ABB Motion business across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand Market. In this role, you will work closely with ABB Local Sales Units to provide technical and commercial support, respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and help identify new business opportunities. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the growth of the business within the assigned region.
