Job summary

Kvadrat seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Architecture & End Users for Southeast Asia, based in Malaysia. The role focuses on strengthening Kvadrat’s presence in the contract market through direct engagement with interior architects, designers, contractors and end-users across Southeast Asia.

You will manage projects and key accounts, drive the full sales cycle, coordinate with customer service, and travel as needed to meet targets and expand Kvadrat’s footprint in the region.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Sales experience in interior design materials preferred.
• Ability to build and leverage a professional network.
• Understanding of selling premium design products.

Responsibilities

• Visit interior architects, design studios, contractors and end-users in Southeast Asia.
• Create and maintain a project portfolio.
• Close projects and manage key accounts.
• Oversee the entire sales process and DMU to convert specs into orders.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure data is accurately recorded in the system.
• Meet Global Sales Indicators (meetings, projects, sales budget).
• Travel regularly to client and project locations as needed.

Regional Sales Manager, Architecture & End Users, Southeast Asia

Location: Malaysia

Kvadrat was established in Denmark in 1968 and has deep roots in Scandinavia’s world-famous design tradition. A leader in design innovation, Kvadrat produces high-performing, design textiles, rugs, acoustics and window covering solutions for both commercial and residential interiors.

We are now looking for a new Regional Sales Manager to be based in Malaysia to support our growing A&E business in Southeast Asia.

Job Description

Your goals will be to strengthen and develop Kvadrat’s position and visibility in the contract market in Southeast Asia.

Main responsibilities include

• Visiting and cooperating with interior architects, design studios, contractors and end-users in Southeast Asia market.
• Creating and maintaining a project portfolio
• Closing projects specified
• Project and Key Account Management
• Responsibility for the entire sales process, control of the DMU (Decision Making Unit) to ensure that the specifications will result in orders.
• Work with your Customer Service to ensure that all information is registered in system as required.
• Meet the requirements of our Global Sales Indicators (Number of Meetings, Projects, Sales Budget, etc.).
• This role involves regular business travel to client/project locations as needed.

Your Profile

• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Sales Experience in interior design materials will be preferred.
• Ability to involve and communicate with network.
• Understand the business model of selling premium products.
