Job summary

ZUS COFFEE in Malaysia is seeking a Regional Rewards Specialist to lead compensation and benefits administration, analytics, and governance across operations. You will collaborate with People & Culture Ops and business stakeholders to ensure market competitiveness and equity.

You will manage salary benchmarking, compensation reviews, benefits programs, and HRIS data quality, delivering insights and improvements for talent attraction, retention, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 3–5 years in compensation, benefits, rewards, or HR operations.
• Experience across FMCG/Retail/Technology/Manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience with salary benchmarking and rewards analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support salary reviews, incentives, and compensation adjustments.
• Benchmark salaries and conduct market analysis.
• Review compensation recommendations for hires, promotions and transfers.
• Maintain compensation databases and salary structures.
• Administer benefits programs (medical, insurance, wellness, leave).
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and eligibility requirements.
• Prepare compensation and benefits reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy of compensation and benefits in HR systems.
• Support audits and maintain proper documentation for programs.
• Provide timely HR support on compensation and benefits to stakeholders.
