• Drive Regional Sales Growth and Achieve Targets by analyzing data and setting clear targets.
• Develop and Implement Training Programs with Head of BU and HR.
• Ensure Compliance with Company Policies and Operational Standards & Excellence.
• Customer Engagement: Developing strategies to increase engagement, loyalty, and retention.
