Job summary

ams OSRAM seeks a senior Regional Real Estate Manager to oversee the RE portfolio across the region and coordinate location concepts, analyses, and optimization projects.

The role collaborates with RE Germany on disposals/acquisitions, supports M&A workstreams, and manages leases and service providers while aligning with global governance and budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• University degree or comparable degree with a focus on corporate real estate or business administration or architecture or civil engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate real estate in an international industrial context.
• Project management skills for projects.
• Strong knowledge and experience in corporate real estate, ideally in all phases of the value chain.
• Experience with global operations and knowledge of different local market conditions/practices.
• Fluent in local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Management and responsibility for regional RE portfolio in accordance with guidelines.

• Location concepts as the basis for RE-driven decisions
• Location analysis/site searches
• Disposal/acquisition projects in close cooperation with RE in Germany
• Management of leases, including negotiation of major new leases, lease extensions and lease terminations
• Identification and implementation of optimization projects
• Project management activities
• Local RE portfolio incl. RE database with controlling, reporting and budget activities
• Approval processes for real estate transactions in accordance with RE governance
• Selection and commissioning of real estate service providers
• Support for regional property/facility management
• Support for M&A activities (RE workstream) in close cooperation with RE Germany
• Support with market value appraisals in close cooperation with RE Germany

• University degree or comparable degree with a focus on corporate real estate or business administration or architecture or civil engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate real estate in an international industrial context.
