Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of Telekom Malaysia Full Turnkey (FTK) projects in Southern Johor. You will coordinate subcontractors, site supervisors and technical teams to ensure on-time, high-quality execution and strict adherence to TM standards.

You will conduct site visits, manage risk, prepare progress reports, and represent the company in TM meetings.

Qualifications

• Level of education in telecommunications, engineering or project management.
• Minimum 3 years in telecommunications, infrastructure or project management.
• Experience with Telekom Malaysia FTK projects preferred; TM CNC Lite/ORI/MAX exposure is an asset.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and report delivery abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery for TM FTK projects in the assigned region.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site supervisors and technical teams for smooth execution.
• Conduct site visits for inspections, audits and quality assurance.
• Monitor progress, ensuring milestones align with standards and timelines.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and status updates to clients and management.
• Represent the company in Telekom Malaysia meetings and project reviews.
• Maintain strong relationships with Telekom Malaysia regional teams and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot site issues and escalate critical matters promptly.
• Ensure safety compliance and manage project risks and materials.
• Maintain project documentation and perform additional duties as assigned.

About the Client

Atelecom equipment and solutions provider specializing in optical networkinfrastructure, broadband access, and turnkey telecom projects for operatorsand enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end projectdelivery for Telekom Malaysia (TM) Full Turnkey (FTK) projects within theassigned region.
• Manage and coordinatesubcontractors, site supervisors, and technical teams to ensure smooth projectexecution.
• Conduct regular site visits toperform work inspections, audits, and quality assurance activities.
• Monitor project progress andensure all milestones are achieved in accordance with Telekom Malaysia andcompany standards, specifications, and timelines.
• Prepare, maintain, and submitproject progress reports, documentation, and status updates to clients andmanagement.
• Attend and represent the companyin regional Telekom Malaysia meetings, discussions, and project reviewsessions.
• Build and maintain strong workingrelationships with Telekom Malaysia regional teams, including AGMs and otherkey stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolvesite-related issues promptly while escalating critical matters to managementwhen necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safetyregulations, operational requirements, and industry standards.
• Identify, forecast, and manageproject risks to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Monitor and manage projectmaterials, ensuring accurate inventory records, tracking, and forecasting basedon project requirements.
• Ensure all project documentationis properly maintained and updated.
• Carry out additional duties andresponsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor'sDegree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or a relatedfield.
• At least 3 years of workingexperience in telecommunications, infrastructure, or related project managementfields.
• Must have working experience in TMFTK-related projects, specifically experience in one or more of the following:TM CNC Lite TP ORI TP MAX Relevant TM project experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Telekom Malaysia(TM) Full Turnkey (FTK) project implementation is highly preferred.
• Candidates possessing any of thefollowing certifications will have an added advantage: AGT, AESP, CA2C and PoleProficiency Training.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently andunder pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Must be based in Southern Johor /Johor Selatan.
