Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of Telekom Malaysia Full Turnkey (FTK) projects in Southern Johor. You will coordinate subcontractors, site supervisors and technical teams to ensure on-time, high-quality execution and strict adherence to TM standards.

You will conduct site visits, manage risk, prepare progress reports, and represent the company in TM meetings.

Qualifications

Level of education in telecommunications, engineering or project management.
Minimum 3 years in telecommunications, infrastructure or project management.
Experience with Telekom Malaysia FTK projects preferred; TM CNC Lite/ORI/MAX exposure is an asset.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and report delivery abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end project delivery for TM FTK projects in the assigned region.
Coordinate subcontractors, site supervisors and technical teams for smooth execution.
Conduct site visits for inspections, audits and quality assurance.
Monitor progress, ensuring milestones align with standards and timelines.
Prepare and submit progress reports and status updates to clients and management.
Represent the company in Telekom Malaysia meetings and project reviews.
Maintain strong relationships with Telekom Malaysia regional teams and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot site issues and escalate critical matters promptly.
Ensure safety compliance and manage project risks and materials.
Maintain project documentation and perform additional duties as assigned.
