Job summary

Teach For Malaysia is seeking a Coaching and Support Manager for the Sabah/Labuan/Sarawak region. You will lead training, coaching and support strategies and manage a team to develop educators and leaders.

You will collaborate with district/state/national stakeholders to ensure impactful development and teacher growth, while aligning with the organization’s mission to reduce education inequity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field; coaching certification is an added advantage.
• 4–6 years of experience in education, including coaching and mentoring teachers.
• Experience in monitoring impact against performance indicators, with emphasis on educator development and student outcomes.
• Proven experience in managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement within the education sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of training, coaching and support strategies for participants.
• Manage and develop the Coaching and Support team to deliver effective coaching and mentoring.
• Strengthen collaboration with school, district, and state level stakeholders for cohesive development experiences.
• Oversee tracking and evaluation of participants growth, satisfaction and retention with data-driven insights.
• Foster a high-performing Coaching and Support team aligned with Teach For Malaysia values.
