Job summary

Camfil Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Regional Product Specialist for Clean Process to drive regional execution of the CP air filter portfolio. You will be the key link between Global Product Management, APAC cross-functions and the country sales team, owning localisation, launches and ongoing product support.

The role requires strong industry background in air filtration, strategic thinking, and excellent communication to train sales teams, translate market feedback into product

Qualifications

At least 5 years of product management or market-segment experience in B2B industries.
Clear understanding of Life science/Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor/Microelectronics, healthcare and OEM segments.
Strong knowledge of HVAC/air filters and regulatory standards.
Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
Analytical mindset with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage CP product lifecycle and regional launches from intro to phase-out.
Localise products with R&D and supply chain; provide technical support.
Develop product launch materials and run cross-functional training/webinars.
Study market trends and enable sales with value-focused tools.
Collaborate with regional/global teams to ensure specification fulfilment.
