Job summary

HFG Insurance Recruitment seeks a Procurement Operations Service Lead to own end-to-end procurement operations in a regional/shared services setting. This senior leadership role will drive performance, governance, and continuous improvement across the ProcOps lifecycle.

You will lead Service Managers and teams, ensure SLA adherence, manage escalations, and champion process standardisation and automation across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of procurement experience in shared services or regional environments.
• 5-10+ years of people leadership, managing managers and senior leads.
• End-to-end procurement operations knowledge, including PR, PO, vendor data, catalogs.
• Strong SLA, KPI, backlog, and productivity management.
• Experience with multiple procurement platforms (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Procurement Operations delivery and governance.
• Lead Service Managers and Procurement Operations teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, process standardisation and automation.
• Ensure SLAs, quality, productivity and performance targets are met.
• Manage escalations and complex procurement issues across regions.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations, Procurement and regional stakeholders.
