Job summary

Atome Financial is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead governance and strategic sourcing across regional markets. You will partner with the COO, Finance, Legal, Compliance and business teams to ensure procurement activities are compliant, well-documented, and effectively governed.

You will act as the first line of defence against procurement and third‑party risks, overseeing vendor evaluation, negotiations, contract management and risk controls across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, banking, tech or regulated industries.
• Strong experience in procurement governance, strategic sourcing, vendor management and third‑party risk management.
• Experience managing procurement activities across multiple countries and regional markets.
• Solid understanding of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior-level partners across COO, Finance, Legal, Compliance and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional procurement governance and oversight across markets.
• Act as first line of defence against procurement, vendor and third‑party risks.
• Oversee sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, vendor evaluation, negotiations and contract management.
• Review governance, documentation, segregation of duties and approval requirements.
• Collaborate with COO, Finance, Legal, Compliance and business teams on procurement decisions and risks.
• Maintain oversight of country-specific procurement requirements and regulatory considerations.
• Monitor spend, vendor performance and budget utilisation for cost optimisation.
• Support audits with proper documentation and audit trails.
• Drive continuous improvement of regional procurement policies and governance frameworks.
• Provide reporting and insights on procurement performance and risks to senior management.
