Job summary

bp is seeking a Global Procurement Performance & Value Delivery Manager to establish a single, globally consistent view of procurement value delivery, spend performance and financial outcomes across ASPAC/ANZ, Europe and the Americas. The role partners with Finance to translate procurement activities into auditable business outcomes for senior leadership decision-making.

As a trusted bridge between Procurement and Finance, you will drive governance, reporting and analytics to ensure consistency,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Procurement, Commerce, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification in Finance, Procurement or analytics is beneficial.
• 10+ years in Finance, FP&A or procurement analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own global procurement performance reporting across regions.
• Deliver accurate, timely executive-level reporting and insights.
• Drive value governance, savings validation and benefit attribution.
• Align reporting with Compass and Finance governance requirements.
• Lead data quality and standardisation across reporting processes.
