Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Regional Pricing Manager (Land Freight) to lead a centralised pricing function across South East Asia and China, based in Shah Alam. The role focuses on RFQ orchestration, tender strategy, and margin discipline to shape regional pricing frameworks.

You will collaborate with Sales on bids, benchmark rates, and drive pricing tool enhancements, with a strong emphasis on cross-border operations and regional impact.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in pricing, procurement, commercial, or operations within logistics or supply chain.
• Strong background in road logistics with exposure to cross-border and regional operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-country RFQs and strategic tenders.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a centralised road logistics pricing framework across all countries in scope
• Lead multi-country RFQ coordination, ensuring rate consistency, cost transparency, and margin discipline
• Partner with Sales on key tenders, strategic bids, and renewal pricing
• Benchmark vendor rates and maintain buy-rate intelligence across corridors and procurement teams
• Track pricing performance through win/loss analysis, margin monitoring, and KPI reporting
• Drive process improvement and digital enablement across pricing tools, costing models, and rate databases
