Bizstrategygroup is seeking a senior leader to drive strategy planning, program execution and innovation. Reporting to the Head of Loyalty & PMTO, you will connect decisions and priorities across multiple teams, combining business user engagement with deep technical expertise.

The role centers on solving high-impact problems, designing AI-enabled transformation programs, and coaching senior managers. This onsite position is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Define focus by identifying problems worth solving with data-driven hypotheses.
• Prioritize problems to tackle based on impact and feasibility.
• Establish leadership and integration across multiple teams to align strategy.
• Design org structures, rhythms and ways of working for transformation programs.
• Coach and mentor other people managers to build a high-performance culture.

Responsabilités

• Define and Anchor Problems: articulate the problem with data-backed hypotheses.
• Drive Prioritization: decide which problems to tackle and allocate teams accordingly.
• Establish Leadership & Integration: build trust and lead cross-functional partners.
• Team Leadership & Organisational Design: shape program governance and resource allocation.
• Coaching & Culture: foster a coaching mindset across the organization.
