Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd in Penang invites an Assistant Manager, People Experience (Engagement) to lead regional employee engagement, onboarding, and HR support across sites for a 6-month contract.

You will own engagement programs, run surveys, coordinate training, and advise Branch Managers on people matters while collaborating with central HR.

Requires 4+ years HR generalist/HRBP experience, strong stakeholder management, and DarwinBox familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of HR generalist/HRBP/People & Culture experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder skills.
• Willingness to travel within regional cluster.
• Exposure to multi-site or regional coverage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute employee engagement activities across the region.
• Own onboarding experience for new joiners across the region.
• Provide first-touch triage on employee relations matters and coaching.
• Oversee local training calendar and logistics for the cluster.
• Assist with facilities and administrative issue resolution regionally.
• Act as trusted people advisor to Branch/Area Managers.
