Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a Regional Payroll Specialist to deliver end-to-end payroll for multiple countries from Petaling Jaya. The role supports a hybrid work model and a 12-month contract, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.

You will own payroll processes for at least three countries, validate calculations, prepare reports and tax filings, and advise stakeholders on payroll procedures and statutory contributions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of payroll experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Mathematics, or Accounting.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Independent, organized, and time conscious.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end payroll for at least 3 countries.
• Validate calculations, reconcile payroll, and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory submissions.

The Regional Payroll function delivers centralized services for over 10 countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Own the Process: Manage end-to-end payroll for at least 3 countries using a payroll system.
• Drive Accuracy & Compliance: Validate calculations, reconcile payroll, and ensure alignment with statutory regulations and company policies.
