The role emphasizes delivering strategic support, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with marketing to grow partner networks. You will represent the company at events, coordinate with internal teams, and work across diverse markets to achieve ambitious growth targets while maintaining high partner service

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Partnership Management or Business Development in financial services or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to ensure partner compliance

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new partners while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing partners
• Act as the primary contact for partners, addressing needs, resolving issues, and supporting their business objectives
• Ensure partners operate within company regulations, brand guidelines, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to develop market development strategies that drive partner engagement
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, with potential short-term travel
• Work with partners to retain business and provide strategic insights to drive growth
• Meet and exceed KPIs with a focus on business growth and targets
