Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing activities that strengthen the brand, engage customers, and drive business growth in Malaysia and assigned regional markets.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns, events, digital content and market communications, while coordinating agencies and vendors to ensure on‑brand, timely and budget‑compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in marketing, communications, events, digital marketing or related function.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, seminars, exhibitions or customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns and activities per calendar and priorities.
• Coordinate seminars, exhibitions, customer events, industry conferences and follow‑ups.
• Develop marketing content across brochures, presentations, emails, social posts and digital assets.
• Manage day‑to‑day updates for digital and social channels with regional/global teams.
• Support lead generation and ensure leads are tracked for follow-up.
• Collect and analyze data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate production of materials, samples, displays and event collateral.
• Support product launches and new-market initiatives with communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and approvals.
• Track budgets, vendor documentation and marketing spend.
