Job summary

BD in Kuala Lumpur seeks a driven Supply Chain Planner to optimize global deployment and allocation. You will review Kinaxis plans, manage SKU level MAD, and ensure alignment across regions and the global network.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to maintain supply visibility, resolve shortages, and drive continuous improvement in planning parameters. Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or supply chain.
• 2-3 Years of Experience encouraged, but not required.
• Strong planning and data management abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute global deployment & allocation.
• Review Kinaxis supply plan and act on order creation/cancellation/changes.
• Evaluate and prepare SKU level Material Availability plan (MAD).
• Manage Product on global allocation and negotiate with WW if allocated qty is insufficient.
• Support Escalation from Regions to Global Network Planner & reverse.
• Communicate supply allocations to region.
• Lead S&OE Planning to align PO creation & amendments in due dates.
• Provide accurate supply visibility and recovery dates.
• Report & communicate Inventory Management & SKU supply status to regions.
• Owns the E2E replenishment process and dropship and global OEM process.
