Job summary

The Arkema Group is seeking a Business Process Owner for Logistics Execution in Petaling Jaya. You will ensure smooth LE operations across Asia, manage master data, stock movements, and transportation, and drive KPI dashboards and regional process improvements.

You will support LE organization design, tool deployments, and cross-border initiatives with global process owners, while promoting digital projects like Track & Trace and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the LE field, operational background preferred.
• Manager experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the major Supply Chain processes.
• Very good knowledge of SAP modules (especially Logistics Execution functions) and IT tools/systems.
• Structured and rigorous, team player, very process-oriented mindset, strong ability to listen, communicate and to convince, strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures smooth LE related operations and enhances the expertise & maturity in Asia.
• Supports process implementation incl. logistics master data, stock movements handling, transportation management, etc. for the whole region, in compliance with Global core model.
• Support development of Key Users community and competencies.
• Coordinates the control and the analysis of the operational issues raised by the Key users, and make sure that appropriate answers and trainings are put in place.
• Drives the maturity and improvement actions with BUs to reach the expected level of expertize through regular assessments and action plans elaboration, process enhancement and best practices deployment.
• Ensures communication and training through a close cooperation Asia BU/plant key users.
• Supports BUs in LE organization design and roles assignment, making sure all LE activities are properly ensured.
• Supports the deployment of the systems and tools, and takes part with the global process owners to the evolutions or enhancements of the core model.
• Supports the BUs in their projects of growth or changes, for processes and system solution;
• Contributes to Core model roll-out/migration projects and is accountable for its achievement on his specific domain;
• Supports Working Capital optimization projects with BUs, Global & Regional teams involved;
• Ensures the daily analysis and validation for roles and authorizations requests for LE domain;
• Promotes digital culture and leads digital projects development, like Track & Trace and Digital for safety;
• Drives cost optimization through process improvement initiatives
• Monitors KPI and reports to ensure the rigorous application of the core model;
• Collaborates regional/global expertise center and iTeam to elaborate, improves and deploys KPI & dashboards;
• Drives the implementation of the associated rituals and analysis guidelines;
• Deploys LE dashboards & KPI;
• Ensures training of users on KPI and dashboards usage.
• Is the referent for LE topics in the Region;
• Contributes to the global or regional projects in Asia incl. TMS deployment & enhancement, new tools design & deployment...
