Job summary

Reeracoen Recruitment is seeking an Area Network Manager in Penang, Malaysia, responsible for overseeing courier operations across a defined region. You will manage outlet activities, supervise sorting and delivery, and lead a team of drivers and staff to ensure timely, accurate parcel delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will plan efficient routes, monitor KPIs, and implement safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Must oversee day-to-day courier operations within designated area.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and manage drivers and support staff.
• Strong focus on route planning, KPI monitoring and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day courier operations at the drop/collection outlet within the designated area.
• Supervise sorting, routing and delivery processes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Recruit, train and manage a team of drivers, couriers and support staff.
• Provide leadership and support to maintain an efficient workforce.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery times.
• Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery, accuracy and costs; take corrective actions.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure safety compliance and company policies; supervise conduct and rules.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management and provide improvement insights.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
