Job summary

The Bank is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own Core Experience and Loyalty across GXS in Singapore and GXBank in Malaysia. You will shape how customers discover value, engage repeatedly, and build lasting habits across our banking app experiences.

In this senior role, you will drive end-to-end journeys, partnering with engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver cohesive experiences at scale across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in consumer product, growth, engagement, marketplace, fintech or loyalty.
• Lead ambiguous cross-functional problem spaces into clear strategy and execution.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience in digital banking, loyalty or rewards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for Core Experience and Loyalty across GXS and GXB apps.
• Own the end-to-end customer experience for discovery, personalization, rewards, referral and engagement.
• Lead roadmaps for homepage, profile, missions, loyalty mechanics and engagement surfaces.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and analytics to ship high-quality experiences.
• Maintain operating rhythm across roadmap planning, delivery, launch readiness and post-launch measurement.
