Job summary

GXBank in Malaysia (Petaling Jaya) is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own Core Experience and Loyalty across our regional banking apps. Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in consumer product, growth, engagement, marketplace, fintech or loyalty domains.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional problem spaces and translate them into strategy and execution.
• Strong judgment on customer experience, engagement loops and long-term value creation.
• Experience owning products that combine UX, platform capability, business logic and operational complexity.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for Core Experience and Loyalty across GXS and GXB apps.
• Act as product custodian for overall app experience and navigation, ensuring consistency and usability.
• Own end-to-end customer experiences for discovery, personalization, rewards, referrals and engagement.
• Lead roadmap for homepage, profile sections, missions, loyalty mechanics and contextual discovery.
• Own and improve horizontal journeys including login and authentication.
• Translate customer and business problems into clear product priorities.
• Create scalable patterns and platforms reusable across markets.
• Drive decisions using customer insights, data, experiments and business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and analytics to ship high-quality experiences.
• Align stakeholders across product, growth, marketing and leadership.
• Build operating rhythm for roadmap planning, delivery and post-launch measurement.
