Job summary

GX Bank Berhad (GXBank) is Malaysia’s first digital bank that commenced operation on 1 September 2023. As part of the GXS Bank ecosystem, you will help define a regional deposit, investment and payment product strategy and deliver end-to-end experiences that delight customers while driving business impact.

You will lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, balance strategic thinking with a hands-on, 'dream big, start small' mindset, and use data to iterate on product

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a product manager in tech software or financial services.
• Experience with deposit/investment and payment/card products.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with executives and partners.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and leading agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own deposit, investment, payment and card products for the banks in GXS Group.
• Define product strategy, maintain prioritized backlog, and deliver end-to-end experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, and business stakeholders.
• Ship minimum-loveable-products and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles with executable stories.
