Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the EcoStruxure IT Deployment Services across the region. You will oversee software deployment, consulting, integration, and lifecycle services for EcoStruxure IT and DCIM, ensuring delivery excellence and customer success.

You will manage a team of technical consultants, coordinate with Sales, Offer Management, and Product Teams, and drive revenue growth while maintaining financial accountability and scalable service

Responsibilities

• Own regional services delivery performance, margins, profitability and operational execution.
• Drive resource planning, utilization, forecasting, and workforce capacity management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
• Manage operational KPIs such as backlog health, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Lead resolution of delivery escalations and complex customer situations.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, methodologies, and operational efficiency.
