The role requires deep O&G experience, global market exposure, and ability to navigate complex contractual frameworks while delivering differentiated, client-focused solutions that drive long-term growth.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of the oil and gas value chain and the project lifecycle.
• Experience in O&G production projects with major operating companies, independents or NOCs.
• Experience in international markets, specifically in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa.
• Familiarity with key commercial frameworks used in the global oil and gas industry, including PSCs, TSCs, and Concession Agreements.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in business development.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, tenders, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and frame IAM opportunities aligned with regional business and PSL strategies.
• Monitor market, customer trends and needs relating to IAM service offerings.
• Leverage regulator, operator and execution partner networks to advance IAM offerings.
• Pursue opportunities per IAM BAP, coordinating RACI assignments and compliance.
• Support the IAM Global Commercialization Director in identifying regional funding partners for projects.
• Analyze terms proposed by customers, assess risks, and define high-level contractual structures.
• Liaise with Halliburton counterparts across PSLs for cross-PSL opportunities.
• Contribute to evaluating IAM project opportunities and optimize resource use.
• Contribute to best-practice processes for evaluating IAM prospects.
