Job summary

Turnkey Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an independent, proactive professional to lead the delivery of large IAM solutions across multiple projects. The role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation.

You will manage resources, schedules, budgets, and quality within the SDLC, while growing the managed service provision in IAM for global clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in running a managed service or support function.
• Experience managing teams of 30+ people across onshore/offshore.
• Experience with IAM/PAM tools and large global clients (FTSE 250).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large IAM solutions across projects.
• Manage resources, schedules, financials, and SDLC control.
• Communicate with clients and partners about product implementation.
• Ensure services are delivered and billed accurately.
• Develop training for customers.
• Monitor change requests, risks, and project scope.
• Grow managed services business in IAM.
