Job summary

Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Head of Construction Industry Product Support Sales to lead the Sabah/Sarawak and Brunei teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years in product support, aftermarket sales, or related commercial role.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring sales teams preferred.
• Analytical, results-driven with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience and knowledge of the heavy equipment industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency for client communication.
