The candidate will build dashboards, perform deep-dive analyses, and translate insights into recommended actions for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insights, channel strategy, or sales performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end channel performance diagnosis across distributors and clusters.
• Build executive-ready dashboards and performance packs from complex data.
• Conduct deep-dive analytics on sell-in, sell-through, activation, and promotions.
• Translate findings into evidence-backed recommendations for sales and distribution leaders.
• Ensure data integrity across DMS and POS systems for accurate reporting.
• Drive dashboard automation, workflow optimisation, and digital enablement projects.
