Johnson Controls is seeking a Regional General Manager for ASEAN with end-to-end accountability for growth, execution, profitability, and market reputation across ASEAN markets. You will translate regional priorities into clear country strategies and deliver results across sales, operations, finance, and service execution.

You will own the full P&L, build predictable performance, and lead a high-performing team capable of scaling the business, deepening customer relationships, and managing risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance or related field.
• Significant leadership experience with direct accountability for commercial and operational results.
• Proven experience owning a full P&L and driving profitable growth.
• Strong background in aligning sales, operations, and finance to deliver predictable execution.
• Experience managing business risk and multi-country teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a matrixed organization.
• Fluent business English; ASEAN language capability is an advantage if relevant to the market.

Responsabilités

• Own the full P&L and deliver orders, revenue, margin, and cost targets.
• Translate regional priorities into country strategies and ensure alignment across sales, operations, finance and service.
• Oversee project delivery, service operations, and supply chain efficiency with KPI management.
• Develop and coach teams across multiple countries and build leadership capability.
• Represent the company with external stakeholders, industry forums, and government bodies.
