Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Regional Facility Manager to oversee building operations and services across multiple corporate locations. You will lead outsourced vendors, manage regional budgets, and ensure safety, compliance, and optimal space utilization.

This role partners with executives to deliver a high-quality employee experience. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in facility management or real estate, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with IWMS/CAPFM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in facility management or corporate real estate with multi-site portfolio oversight.
• Strong financial acumen with CAPEX/OPEX budgeting experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS systems and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Direct regional building operations and services for multiple sites.
• Lead outsourced facility management vendors and ensure service quality.
• Formulate regional budgets and contribute to operating and capital plans.
• Engage stakeholders and present updates to leadership.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and environmental standards across sites.
• Oversee site projects, renovations, relocations, and timelines.
• Support corporate initiatives such as sustainability and inclusion.
