Job summary

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Digital Payments Analyst to drive the end-to-end performance of digital payment acceptance across APAC and the Middle East. You will optimize authorization rates, manage costs, and lead new payment method rollouts while working with local teams to tailor the right payment mix from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Payments experience with digital methods in APAC and ideally Middle East.
• Knowledge of PayNow, FPX, PayID/NPP and other regional methods.
• Strong understanding of card processing, transaction flow, and merchant accounts.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in e-commerce payments flows and checkout optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own performance, cost, and reliability of digital payment acceptance across APAC and Middle East.
• Monitor and optimize authorization rates, processing costs, and funnel performance.
• Analyze payment trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape for market decisions.
• Support launch/expansion of payment methods in new markets, including Middle East corridor growth.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface optimization opportunities in the payments chain.
• Evaluate new payment vendors and partners; assist with commercial and technical assessments.
