Job summary

Ant Group is seeking a Product Manager to support its International Product and Design Team for globalization initiatives. You will act as the payment expert, translate business requirements into product specifications, and collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver payments capabilities on the Alipay platform.

You will analyze data, define product requirements, and ensure timely delivery while enhancing the user experience for Southeast Asia merchants and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payment product management or related role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, payment technology, payment channels, and SEA markets.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with business and technical teams, preferably integrating payment channels.
• Experience in defining product specifications from business requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix organization with cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Serve as payment expert and primary product contact for internal/external queries.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate payment channels on the Alipay platform from eval to go-live.
• Define and track product performance metrics and continuously improve customer experience.
• Translate business requirements into product requirements and user stories.
• Ensure the development team has clear context and specs to deliver on time.
• Research user behavior through data analysis and end-to-end testing.
