3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or hospital operations.
Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
Experience in operational reporting, dashboard management, and data analysis.
Exposure to project coordination and performance monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track operational and financial performance indicators across hospitals within the region.
Consolidate monthly regional operational and performance reports.
Support preparation of dashboards and management reports for the RCEO and hospital leadership.
Ensure timely collection and validation of operational data from hospitals.
Monitor performance trends and highlight gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
