You will work with multi-source health data, apply descriptive and inferential methods, and translate results into clear narratives for clinicians and executives, helping to drive value-based care and operational efficiency.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as data science or health informatics.
• Formal training in statistics, data analytics, data management, programming or equivalent.
• Doctoral qualification or advanced certifications in health data science or biostatistics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and data-entry guidance.
• Design data-capture workflows and data extraction from clinical/operational systems.
• Monitor data quality, identify gaps, and support corrective actions with hospital teams.
• Create dashboards and reports for hospital networks and executives.
• Apply advanced analytics, risk adjustment, and storytelling of results.
