Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in an accounting or finance function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Detail-oriented with confident and effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated experience in executing complex multi-stakeholder commercial projects.
• Exposure to working across geographies, teams and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Generate AR visibility reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor shipper payment receipts and identify poor paymasters.
• Lead AR process alignment meetings with local finance.
• Prepare month-end billing for cross-border revenue.
• Ensure vendors are paid within credit terms.
• Prepare customer billings promptly and accurately.
