Job summary

Jtexpress in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Area Network Manager to oversee courier drop points, manage staff, and optimize routes ensuring timely deliveries. You will monitor KPIs, handle customer inquiries, ensure safety compliance, and report performance to senior management.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in business/logistics, with at least 1 year in logistics; Mandarin, leadership, and communication skills are essential. Training will be provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related industry; managerial experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of courier services drop points/outlets to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers, couriers and support staff with strong leadership.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery times.
• Monitor KPIs including on-time deliveries, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction and costs; take corrective actions when needed.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed; supervise staff on code of conduct and regulations.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
