The Flexi Group, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an ambitious Finance Manager to lead a regional finance team across multiple countries. You will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership to drive financial health, plan budgets, and provide strategic insights to support decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in leadership roles, strong IFRS knowledge, and consolidation experience. A background in coworking, real estate, or startups would be advantageous.

Formación

• Five to ten years in a leadership role, regional or multi-country experience preferred.
• Familiarity with IFRS, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and regional regulatory frameworks is a plus.
• Candidates with ACCA/CPA/CA/MIA qualifications and consolidation experience are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the regional finance team across multiple countries and coordinate day-to-day finance functions.
• Oversee budgeting, consolidation, and monthly financial review processes.
• Monitor cash flow, ensure timely payments and adherence to approvals.
• Provide financial insights and guidance to senior leadership for strategic decisions.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulators to ensure compliance.
• Implement financial controls and process improvements across entities.
