Job summary

Bosch Malaysia seeks a Regional Commercial Terms & Concession Manager to shape and manage regional Trade Term Schemes within the global framework. You will steer policy rollout, supervise governance, and coordinate with Commercial Management, Pricing, Controlling, Legal and market teams to ensure consistent application and audit readiness.

Responsibilities include monitoring concession spend and exceptions, reviewing high-risk cases, and driving improvements based on data analysis and trends.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree in business/finance/economics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, trade terms, margins, concessions and governance.
• Experience with concession exception management, approvals, audit trails and compliance monitoring.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret concession data, identify trends and recommend actions.
• Experience collaborating with commercial management, pricing, controlling, legal, data governance and regional teams.
• Strong communication skills to explain policies and coach local teams.
• Structured, self-managed, results-oriented with strong documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage regional Trade Term Scheme within the global framework, including approval rules and market-level guidance.
• Steer regional rollout, governance and publication of TTS policies, processes and documentation.
• Monitor concession spend, exception rates and compliance trends to identify risks and improvements.
• Manage concession exception reviews, including high-risk cases, audit trails and escalation requirements.
• Coordinate with Commercial Management, Pricing, Controlling, Legal and market teams on TTS changes and corrective actions.
• Ensure regional markets apply concession and trade term policies consistently while maintaining audit readiness.
• Communicate policy updates, clarifications and governance requirements to markets and business stakeholders.
• Own concession metrics reporting and support consolidated trend reviews with Pricing Performance.
• Review and escalate concession data anomalies, coordinating remediation with data owners and hubs.

Main Responsibilities

Requirements

• Relevant University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, trade terms, channel management, margin, concessions, tariff monitoring and commercial governance.
• Good understanding of concession exception management, approval workflows, audit trail requirements and compliance monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret concession data, identify trends, detect anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
• Experience working with commercial management, pricing, controlling, legal, data governance and regional market teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain policies, clarify requirements and coach local teams effectively.
• Structured, self-managed and result-oriented working style with strong complexity management, problem-solving capability and attention to documentation quality.
