Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in enterprise technology.
• Proven track record leading large-scale business transformation.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, IT governance, enterprise architecture.
• Experience building enterprise data, analytics, and digital capabilities.
• Experience leading technology organisations across multiple countries in APAC.
• Strong commercial acumen translating business strategy into technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across multiple countries (ASEAN and MENA).
• Drive ERP modernization, business process harmonization, and enterprise platform transformation.
• Build a strong cybersecurity framework, governance model, and enterprise resilience capabilities.
• Establish a modern data and analytics ecosystem to support business insights and decision-making.
• Simplify the technology landscape while improving operational efficiency, service reliability, and scalability.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to position technology as a strategic business enabler.
• Lead geographically dispersed technology teams and build high-performing leadership capability.
• Manage strategic technology vendors, investment priorities, and enterprise technology governance.
