Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior executive technology management experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
• Transformation expertise: large-scale digital transformations and major system implementations (core banking upgrades).
• Domain mastery of banking operations: deposits, trade finance, lending, treasury, money transfers.
• Outstanding ability to advise C-suite, collaborate with regional teams, and engage regulators/auditors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the country’s entire Information Technology division and act as strategic advisor to local senior leadership and regional boards.
• Head multidisciplinary teams of engineers, operations specialists, and project managers.
• Drive executive IT strategy, annual operating plans, and mid-term technology roadmaps.
• Spearhead core banking modernization projects and end-to-end change management.
• Drive digital transformation and agile ways of working across operations.
• Oversee multi-million tech budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Govern risk, audit, and compliance, chair key committees, maintain business continuity plans.
