Prism Consulting Group is partnering with a leading multinational consumer products organization to appoint a Regional Chief Information Officer (CIO) for its international business. The role in based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

This is a high-impact executive leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the organization's technology strategy across multiple international markets. The successful candidate will drive digital transformation, enterprise modernization, cybersecurity, data and analytics, and technology-enabled business growth while partnering closely with the executive leadership team.

The role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide transformation, modernize core business platforms, and build a scalable technology organization supporting continued international expansion.

What You'll Bring

• Extensive senior leadership experience in enterprise technology, ideally as a CIO or equivalent executive.
• Proven track record leading large-scale business transformation and digital modernization programmes.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, IT governance, enterprise architecture, and technology risk management.
• Experience building enterprise data, analytics, and digital capabilities.
• Success leading technology organisations across multiple countries in APAC within a matrixed global environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into technology outcomes.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, influencing, and executive communication skills.
• Experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, or other consumer-facing industries will be highly regarded.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is advantageous.
