Job summary

SPRITZER Group seeks a Business Development Representative to grow the customer base across Sitiawan, Manjung and Lumut. You will conduct regular client visits, identify opportunities, and build lasting relationships with existing clients while driving sales targets.

You will gather market intelligence, report to management, and handle orders, payments, and after-sales support. A valid driving license and timely reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development/sales (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Valid driving license and own transport required (frequent travel within Sitiawan, Manjung, Lumut area)
• Familiarity with local routes and the region is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to work independently
• Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and results-driven

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular client visits along the designated route covering Sitiawan, Manjung, and Lumut
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to improve satisfaction and retention
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information, and report findings to management
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company
• Handle customer orders, follow up on payments, and manage after-sales matters
• Submit regular visit reports and sales performance reports to supervisor
