Job summary

New Vision Rubber & Plastic Technology Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to grow our Southeast Asia client base. You will develop new clients, coordinate import/export activities, and promote our core products, with sales commissions on top.

Fluent in English with strong communication and relationship-building skills is essential. Sales or customer-facing experience helps, and training and responsibilities will be aligned to experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English with good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, responsible and interested in sales, negotiation and international trade.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage; training and responsibilities matched to experience.
• Knowledge of import/export processes and international payment methods, including Letters of Credit and T/T, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and maintain customer relationships across Southeast Asia, promoting the company’s core products.
• Coordinate the import and export process, including quotations, order execution, logistics arrangements and international payment follow-up.
• Understand customer needs, maintain effective communication and develop sales strategies to grow new and repeat business.
• Participate in international exhibitions and industry events to build relationships and strengthen New Vision's market presence.
• Report sales results, analyse market trends and share insights to support business decisions.
