Job summary

Publicis Groupe Malaysia is seeking a Regional Client Leader to drive growth for key clients. You will lead multi-channel media strategies across search, social, and programmatic, aligning with client objectives and delivering measurable results.

The role emphasises collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentorship of executives, and ownership of revenue and profitability. This position offers a hybrid working schedule in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of media buying and planning experience, focused on performance.
• Proficient with Search 360, DV360, Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Experience planning, executing and monitoring performance campaigns.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local paid online acquisition strategies across platforms.
• Manage day-to-day workflow and campaign setup across channels.
• Provide analysis on performance vs forecasts and adjust campaigns.
• Engage with account teams to align on client objectives.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns and optimize for growth.
