Job summary

PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible and technically inclined individual to join our Production & Refinery team in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. The role supports daily plant operations to ensure safe, smooth and efficient production processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or refinery operations will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and control production and refinery equipment according to SOPs.
• Monitor plant operating parameters to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Perform routine inspections and report equipment abnormalities to the superior.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to minimise equipment breakdowns.
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and meet production targets.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Education

Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant disciplines
