• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess experience and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth process.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged with timely updates and feedback.

What You'll Do

• Source and identify talent through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Partner with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients' hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-up communications with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged by providing timely updates, feedback, and support throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
• Build strong relationships with candidates while delivering a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
